Cancellation policy
Cancellation in general:
A full refund will be given, when your purchase is cancelled within a period of 14 days, calculated from the moment of payment.
Cancellation live courses:
- Cancellation by the participant: For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of the training, you only owe us 50 euros in administration costs. After that, no refund will be given.
- In case of too few participants: If a course cannot take place due to too few participants, this will be communicated no later than 10 days before the start. At that time, the participant can choose have the course fee refunded, or move participation to a future course.
- In case of calamities: In case of illness of the trainer or other calamities, Innersteps reserves the right to move the course to a future date. If the course needs to be canceled, the participants will receive a refund of the course fee. Refunds do not apply to costs made for flight and accommodation. Participant should turn to their travel/cancellation insurance for this.
- In case of change by the participant: If the participant wants to move the participation to another date, an administration fee of € 50 will be charged, plus any difference in the course fee. Changes according to the above conditions are possible up to 3 weeks before the start of the course. After that, it is only possible to choose a different course date if a place has remained open at the start.
- If the participant does not meet the admission requirements stated on the site and the student has to leave the training as a result, the above cancellation costs also apply.

All written course material is the copyright of Innersteps. This means that nothing from the material may be passed on to third parties without the permission of Innersteps. The teaching material is intended as a guideline for the implementation of individual coaching trajectories. It is not allowed to use the material to give similar courses yourself.
